Shipping Policy

KinkyMinx utilizes Australia Post for all shipments. Shipping occurs each day. Orders made before 4pm (EST - Sydney Time) on any business day will be shipped on that same day. Your order will be shipped on clearance of payment. This is usually immediate if paid via credit card. Bank deposits and eCheques require clearance that may take up to 3-7 working days depending on the bank your are with. Delivery times depend on a parcel's place of origin and its destination. Based on this, Australia Post has the following delivery times:

Regular Post

Within NSW - Delivery expected as follows; (Business Day after Posting)

- Within metropolitan areas of capital cities, or within the same city or town or environs Next day
- Between a metropolitan area of a capital city and country locations *+ 1 - 3 days
- Between country locations * 1 - 4 days

To other states - Delivery expected as follows; (Business Day after Posting)

-Between Sydney / Brisbane; Sydney / Melbourne; Melbourne / Canberra; Melbourne / Adelaide - Second day (between metropolitan areas)
-Between Sydney / Adelaide; Melbourne / Brisbane; Melbourne / Tasmania; Adelaide / Brisbane; Adelaide / Canberra - 3 days (between metropolitan areas)
-Between other capital cities * 4 - 5 days (between metropolitan areas)
- Other interstate locations may vary as such we can not disclose estimated delivery times.

Express Post

Australia Post Next business day delivery is guaranteed, if posted between locations within the same Express Post Next Business Day network on a business day Monday to Friday in accordance with the conditions set out on the Express Post item. That is, Express Shipment orders generally arrive on the next business day after shipment. I.e. If you made an order on Saturday and selected Express Shipping your order would be shipped on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. OR If you made an order before 4pm (EST - Sydney Time) on Monday your order will be shipped on Monday and arrive on Tuesday OR If you made an order after 4pm on Monday then your order will be shipped on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday, etc.

Next Business Day Delivery Networks

The national next business day network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and a number of other important centers. In each State an additional next business day delivery network is available between a number of places not included in the national network. Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.
