Returns Policy

If you believe you have received a faulty product, KinkyMinx will be happy to exchange the product free of charge or refund the full value of the product if it is found to indeed be faulty upon inspection by KinkyMinx. Shipping costs of sending the faulty product back to KinkyMinx for inspection will not be refunded.

KinkyMinx is happy to arrange an exchange or offer a store credit subject to the terms and conditions below. However please note KinkyMinx does not offer Cash Refunds for non-faulty products.

Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it for a Store Credit or Product Exchange (product of equal or lesser value) subject to the following terms.

All returns (other than for Faulty goods) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred in the transaction / return.

The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs for all warranty and returns.

Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in original packaging. KinkyMinx reserves the right to refuse any Return if in the opinion of KinkyMinx the goods have been used or soiled in any way.

The Andropenis is covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty and a 60 day 100% money back satisfaction guarantee by KinkyMinx. Please read the terms and conditions of the KinkyMinx 60 day guarantee. KinkyMinx is not liable for the replacement of goods no longer under the warranty period.
